Our 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 4th February - next week!

In the morning we will hold our service as usual, but with some focus on celebrating and reflecting on the last year. After the service and a short break for teas and coffees we will move into the formal business portion of the AGM.

Attached to this post is our AGM Handbook which contains various reports from the staff team, church board and ministry leaders. We will normally take reports 'as-read' during the meeting for expediency and so there will not be time to read these on the day. There will be an opportunity for anyone who wishes to ask questions on the reports to do so.

The AGM is also the point where church members elect the board who will serve for the coming year. To this end I ask all members specifically have a look at the report on Page 8 which covers the recommendations of the nominating committee for this, and consider prayerfully how they will vote. We will also elect members to act as delegates to the 2024 District Assembly, which will be held in Perth on 9-11th March.

If you are unable to attend the meeting and wish to send formal apologies, you can do this by emailing me before 21:00 on Saturday 3rd February, or alternatively ask another member to raise this on the floor during the meeting.
