We continue to lift up the situation in Ukraine in prayer.
There has been a request for help from our Field Strategy Co-ordinators for the Church of the Nazarene Central European Field. Some of you may remember Jay and Teanna Sunberg from visiting Trinity in their previous role in the past. They are currently working in Przemysl at the Polish border with Ukraine. This is a continually developing situation with an increase again Ukrainians leaving the country, and still others returning. They are looking for individuals or teams of 5 who may be able to come and volunteer for 1/2 weeks - 3 months through to April 2023.
Help is required particularly for carrying heavy bags for people, and for people to be a "dignity-driven, respectful, and encouraging presence". Volunteers should be prepared that this is a very emotional role. If this is something that you feel you may be interested in please let us know. There is more information on the attached poster.
If you are interested in following some of the work that the church is doing in Poznan, please have a look at the facebook page NCM Poznan.
Please continue to pray for those families in our church who whilst safe here with us, still carry the weight of the situation day to day and have such concern for family members who remain at home in Ukraine.
